Right-click on the Thunderbird folder in the Roaming window, move your mouse over "Send to" and choose your USB stick from the list of devices. Close down any Autoplay windows that may appear. They do not have an extension, so Inbox is a file called Inbox. All emails stored in the Thunderbird Profile folder name mail account, are stored in mbox files.
